May – Meredith Whitney

Meredith has been sharing her love of chocolate since 2015 when she first started on her mindful eating path.  A meditation teacher and passionate lover of all things cacao. She supports people in bringing calm to their minds and their bellies through slow tasting, sensory-filled cooking, and using meditation and mindfulness to get on top of stress.

On the 2nd of May Meredith showed us how this applies to busy entrepreneurs with a practical mini workshop!  We sampled some of her amazing home made chocolate (two varieties) and she lead this short session with a focus on how we can slow down a little bit, and enjoy some delicious chocolate!

She also had a goodie bag containing some of her amazing products including drinking chocolate, chocolate buttons, chocolate bars, a mindful and meditation book, and a few other treats!
